Not to be recommended, unfriendly staff especially one service has an absolutely ugly character, so you don't deal with customers, this rough behavior is not acceptable.

Like every Sunday, I bought breakfast in the Rißegg branch today. It was read on a poster at the entrance that the VAT reduction was passed on to the employees as a bonus. With all sympathy for the hard-working and friendly staff, the procedure is more than questionable. The Federal Government's measure was decided as an incentive to buy for consumers. The employees of this company did not suffer any noticeable disadvantage from short-time work or unemployment like (unfortunately) many others.

Just bought from the Rißegg branch: A man in his 60s is standing at the bar talking and talking. His mask hangs on his lower lip. I tell the store manager and she looks at me with a grin. I think it is up to the seller to notify customers of wrongdoing. The way it is handled now, you can shop without a mask. I have a bad feeling. How about sending them out until these people understand. That would be a plus for your business and you would feel better taken care of.

Delicious baked goods👍. Whether bread, cake or orders, such as filled hearts or stars everything tastes great. Not just the "big one". Orders are ready for collection at the agreed time. Comments regarding customer friendliness of the staff ... The staff is friendly. When we moved back here I also had "starting difficulties" with one or the other seller. However, I ask everyone to be safe, some find it more difficult to approach new people openly. We are here in rural areas - with a little patience it will.

They are so rude to teenagers. That's a joke. Pummeling their customers and I was often thrown out because I sat with two friends who had ordered something at the table and bought nothing. But the joke is that the store was empty.
